  • Practice Description

    Fairview & HealthEast is seeking an Electrophysiology Nurse Practitioner  to join our growing Heart Care program, which provides comprehensive services for St. Joseph’s, St. John’s and Woodwinds Hospitals.  In addition, outpatients are seen at clinics in St. Paul, Maplewood, Woodbury, Stillwater, and River Falls, WI.


    Practice Details:

    • Join our team of 22 Cardiologists and 10 Advanced Practice Providers
    • Opening: 1.0 FTE
    • As a Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our physicians and advanced practice providers use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care.
    • Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).

    Community Information

    • Graduate of a school of nursing and accredited Nurse Practitioner training program.
    • BC/BE through the AANP or ANCC.
    • Licensed or ability to obtain APRN license with the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
    • Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
    • Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges (if required).


    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Preferred 2 years experience a Heart Care setting.
